Coke-test drum

Coke-test drum is designed to execute mechanical strength test of coke.

Four angle bars (100 õ 100 mm) are located at the inner surface of the drum, parallel to its longitudinal axis, and when the drum rotates, coke strikes against these angle bars.

Mechanical strength test in the drum is executed as per GOST 8929-75.

Coke-test drum is supplied set-wise as per the specification of general arrangement drawing of item.

Samplers

Sampler is designed for sampling of coke or coal for tests.

Sampling is executed from the stream of material to be transported.

Coke test drum with double-deck revolving screen

Coke test drum with double-deck screen is designed for mechanical treatment and screening of coke samples while determination of mechanical strength as per GOST 5953-81

It is applied in by-product coke making production of steel and iron industry.

All drives are controlled by electric part in the specified technological sequence.

Operation is performed in automatic mode. Programmable controller and thyristor power blocks are used in electric design of the coke-test drum.

Control of the coke-test drum mechanisms is performed in automatic and manual operation modes.

Device for coke-sample preparation

The device is designed for semiautomatic mode preparation of three samples of 50 kg each to determine coke strength as per GOST 5953-72, GOST 8929-75.

The device is applied in by-product coke making production of steel and iron industry while quality control of furnace and foundry coke.

Device for laboratory coke-sample preparation

The device is designed for preparation of five laboratory samples of fineness no more than 13 mm and weight 0,25-0,3 kg/each from united coke samples of weight no less than 60 kg of the class 10-25 mm and no less than 60 kg or 160 kg of the class no more 25 mm as per GOST 23083-78.

Four laboratory samples are used to determine mass concentration of total moisture, one for determination of analytical samples.

The device is applied in by-product coke making production of steel and iron industry.

Electric part performs technological operations in automatic mode, in specified sequence.

Device for anlytical coke-sample preparation is designed to determine analytical samples of fineness 0 - 0,25 mm for performance of technical analysis.

The device is applied in by-product coke making production of steel and iron industry while quality control of coke. Electric part provides control of device operation by means of start-adjusting devices. Control of mechanisms of the devices is performed by means of the button post.

Coke-sample dressing complex unit

The unit is designed for preparation of four laboratory samples of weight 0,25 kg/each one and four analytical samples of weight 0,0625 kg/each one from the united sample.

The unit is applied in by-product coke making production of steel and iron industry while quality control of coke.

Control of the mechanisms in specified technological sequence is provided by electric part of the unit with appliance of programmable controller.
